Bulk QR Code Generator
Paste a list of up to 200 values — table numbers, SKUs, ticket links, whatever needs a code — and this tool turns each line into its own QR code, then hands you back one ZIP file with every PNG inside.
How to generate QR codes in bulk in 3 steps
-
Paste or upload your list
Type or paste one value per line — links, product codes, table numbers, whatever needs a code. Prefer files? Upload a .txt or .csv and it drops straight into the box.
-
Name your files (optional)
Add a label before each value, separated by a comma — for example "table-5, https://menu.example.com/table-5" — and that label becomes the file name inside the ZIP.
-
Generate and download
Hit "Generate ZIP." Every line turns into a PNG, and all of them land in one ZIP file ready to download.
Why use this bulk QR code generator
-
Batch of 200, one pass
Generate up to 200 QR codes in a single run instead of clicking through a generator two hundred times.
-
Comes back as one ZIP
Every PNG is already named and packed together — unzip once and everything is there, no saving files one by one.
-
Your own file names
Label each line and the PNG inherits that name, so a batch for table numbers or SKUs comes out already organized.
-
Stays on your device
Reading your list, drawing the codes, zipping them up — it all happens in your browser. Nothing you paste gets sent anywhere.
-
No account, no cap on batches
Run as many batches as the job needs. No sign-up, no charge.
-
Paste straight from a spreadsheet
Copy a column out of Excel or Sheets and paste it in, or export to .csv/.txt and upload that instead.
Where bulk QR codes are useful
-
Restaurant table codes
One code per table, each pointing to that table's menu or ordering link — paste the table list once instead of generating each code by hand.
-
Product and asset labels
SKUs, serial numbers, inventory tags — a code per item, ready to print onto labels for check-in or shelf scanning.
-
Event badges
Give every attendee a code linking to their profile, ticket, or check-in page, generated from your registration list in one go.
-
Multiple locations or branches
One code per storefront, each linking to that location's own page.
-
Classrooms and workshops
A code per student, station, or handout — useful when the alternative is running the same generator dozens of times.
-
Warehouse and shipping runs
Export a list of pallets, bins, or packages and turn the whole thing into codes in one batch.
How the file naming works
Each line in your list turns into one PNG in the ZIP. When a line contains a comma, the tool treats everything before it as the file name and everything after it as what gets encoded — so table-5, https://menu.example.com/table-5 comes out as table-5.png. Leave the comma out and the line is encoded as-is, with the file named automatically in order: qr-1.png, qr-2.png, and so on.
Tips for a clean batch
- Stick to letters, numbers, and dashes in your labels — that keeps file names trouble-free no matter which operating system opens the ZIP.
- Only the first comma on a line counts as the label separator; any commas after that stay part of the encoded value.
- Scan one code from the batch before printing the rest — spreadsheet exports sometimes carry hidden formatting that's easier to catch early.
- The cap is 200 lines per batch. For anything larger, break the list into a few passes.
- Blank lines from a pasted spreadsheet column get skipped automatically, but it's worth a quick look before you hit generate.
Frequently asked questions
- How many QR codes can I generate at once?
- Up to 200 in one batch. If your list is longer, run it through in a couple of passes.
- How do I control the file names in the ZIP?
- Put a label before each value, separated by a comma — for example "table-5, https://menu.example.com/table-5". Skip the label and the file just gets named qr-1.png, qr-2.png, and so on in the order it appears.
- Can I upload a file instead of typing my list?
- Yes. Upload a .txt or .csv file — one value, or "label, value", per line — and it loads straight into the text box so you can check it before generating.
- Is my list uploaded to a server?
- No — the whole thing runs in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you type or upload ever leaves your device.
- Do these QR codes expire?
- No. These are static codes, same as everything else on this site — your text or link is baked directly into the code, so it keeps working indefinitely.
- Can I generate WiFi or vCard codes in bulk here?
- Not through this tool — it only encodes plain text or links. For WiFi, vCard, or other special formats, use the dedicated generator built for that format instead.
- What happens if two lines have the same label?
- The tool appends a number to keep each file name unique, so a repeated label won't overwrite another file in the ZIP.
